Account Closure & Withdrawals
How to get your money out, and how to close your account — no hidden conditions.
Withdrawing funds
- You can request a withdrawal of cleared funds at any time from your account.
- The minimum withdrawal is $10. Funds are paid only to a verified method in your own name.
- Verified withdrawals are processed within 24 hours once identity verification (KYC) is complete.
- No withdrawal fees. We do not charge you to withdraw. Your bank may apply its own fees, which are outside our control.
- We do not impose undisclosed wagering or turnover conditions on the withdrawal of your own cleared deposits.
Identity verification
Basic age and identity verification (KYC) is completed at registration, before your first bet, under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). At other times where required — for example a larger withdrawal or a risk-based check — we may request further proof of identity, address or source of funds. See AML/KYC & Source of Funds. We may delay or decline a payment where verification is incomplete or where fraud is suspected.
Closing your account
- You may close your account at any time via Contact Us or from your account settings.
- On closure we return any genuine cleared balance to a verified method in your name, after any required checks.
- If you are closing your account because of gambling harm, consider self-exclusion or registering with BetStop instead, which also blocks new accounts.
- We may also suspend or close an account in line with our Terms & Conditions and licence conditions; any genuine balance is returned.
Dormant & inactive accounts
If your account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months we will attempt to contact you, and any remaining balance is handled in accordance with applicable Victorian and Commonwealth unclaimed-money law.
