We accept debit cards and PayID only. We do not accept credit cards or any credit-based payment method, in line with Australian law. Minimum deposit is $5.
How long do withdrawals take? +
Verified withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after identity verification (KYC) is complete, then paid to your verified debit account.
How do I set a deposit limit? +
Setting a deposit limit is optional. You can set one when you register or any time in My Account → Deposit limits. Decreases apply immediately; increases apply after a 7-day cooling-off period.
How do I take a break or self-exclude? +
