Integrity & Anti-Match-Fixing

We protect the integrity of every market we offer. Cheating is a crime.

Our commitment

The value of wagering depends on the integrity of the underlying contest. MarantelliBet Partnership supports the integrity of sport and racing and cooperates with sporting controlling bodies, racing authorities and law enforcement to detect and prevent match-fixing and the corruption of betting outcomes.

Match-fixing is a criminal offence

Engaging in conduct that corrupts or attempts to corrupt a betting outcome — including match-fixing, "spot-fixing", and betting on the basis of inside information — is a criminal offence in Victoria, Australia under the Crimes Amendment (Cheating at Gambling) Act 2012 (Vic), and may attract serious penalties including imprisonment.

Prohibited conduct on your account

  • No betting by participants (players, officials, coaches, connections) on events they can influence, where prohibited by the relevant sport's rules.
  • No use of inside information, collusion, or betting syndicates designed to manipulate markets.
  • No use of bots or automated systems, and no betting with funds that are not lawfully yours.

We may suspend accounts, void affected bets, withhold funds pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to the regulator, sporting bodies and police.

Monitoring & information sharing

We monitor betting patterns and may share account and betting information with the VGCCC, sport-controlling bodies, racing authorities, integrity units and law enforcement, as permitted or required by law and by our licence conditions. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Report suspicious betting

If you have information about possible match-fixing or corrupt betting, contact us via Contact Us (select "Make a complaint" or "Other"), or report it directly to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Reports can be made confidentially.
