Advertising Code of Conduct
We advertise honestly, and never to minors.
Our advertising and promotional activity follows applicable Australian wagering advertising rules, including the requirements of the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) and the National Consumer Protection Framework, and the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
Our commitments
- We do not direct advertising at people under 18 or use content that appeals primarily to minors.
- All advertising carries a responsible-gambling message and the mandated tagline (for example, "Chances are you're about to lose.").
- We do not present gambling as a way to achieve financial security or success, or as a solution to problems.
- We disclose the material terms of any offer; we do not advertise misleading or hidden inducements.
- We do not send marketing to customers who have opted out, are self-excluded, or are listed on BetStop.
- We do not advertise credit, because we are debit-only.
