1. Who we are

This website and the wagering services offered on it are operated by MarantelliBet Partnership (ABN 98 032 757 426), the holder of wagering and betting licence number VIC-BM-2022-0661 issued by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). Our office address is 144 Hildebrand Road, COTTLES BRIDGE VIC 3099. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean MarantelliBet Partnership, and "you" means the account holder.

By creating an account or placing a bet you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be 18 years or older. It is an offence to bet if you are under 18, and we verify age and identity.
• You must be located in Australia, and we offer services to residents of Victoria, Australia and elsewhere in Australia where lawful.
• One account per person. You must provide true, current information and keep it up to date.
• We verify your age and identity (Know Your Customer / KYC) under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). Basic verification is completed at registration, before your first bet, and we may request further documents at any time where required. See our AML/CTF page.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Bets & markets

• A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed by our system and appears in your account history. Until then it may be rejected.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are fixed at the time a bet is accepted.
• We may decline, limit or void bets where there is an obvious pricing or technical error (palpable error), where a market is suspended, or where an event is abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, in accordance with our published market rules.
• Maximum payouts, bet limits and rules for specific sports and racing are published on the relevant market and apply to every bet.
• Where an event is voided, stakes are returned. Settlement is based on the official result of the relevant governing body.
• No guarantee of winnings. Betting involves a real risk of losing your money. We make no representation that you will win, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of profit or financial gain.

4. Deposits, withdrawals & fees

• Debit funding only. We accept debit cards and approved account-to-account methods. We do not accept credit cards or any credit-based payment method, consistent with the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023.
• The minimum deposit is $5 and the minimum withdrawal is $10. Funds must come from, and be paid back to, an account in your own name.
• No hidden fees. We do not charge you to deposit or withdraw, and prices shown already include any applicable GST. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees, which are outside our control and disclosed by them, not us.
• Verified withdrawals are paid to a verified method in your name within 24 hours once identity verification is complete. We do not impose undisclosed conditions on a withdrawal of cleared funds.
• We may withhold or reverse funds where required by law, where fraud or error is suspected, or where verification is incomplete.
• Inactive accounts. If your account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months we will attempt to contact you. Any remaining balance is dealt with in accordance with applicable Victorian and Commonwealth unclaimed-money law.

5. Promotions

• We do not offer sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, "boosted" odds or other inducements to open an account or to bet. Our Promotions page describes the products and services available on the platform — it is not a list of bonus offers.
• If we ever run a promotion, its full material terms — eligibility, qualifying period and exclusions — will be published with it and made accessible, and no material term will be hidden.
• Any such promotion would be offered only to eligible customers, would not be available where prohibited by law or by our licence conditions, and could be amended or withdrawn on reasonable notice.

6. Responsible gambling

We are committed to harm minimisation. You can set deposit limits, take a break, and self-exclude at any time. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period. 7. Prohibited conduct

• No betting on events you can influence, no collusion, no use of automated systems or bots, and no betting with funds that are not lawfully yours.
• No money laundering, fraud, or use of the account by a third party.
• We may suspend or close an account, and report to authorities, where prohibited conduct is suspected.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including interruptions to the website, third-party services, or errors in data feeds. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes & account closure

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this site or by email, and the "last updated" date will change. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; we may close or suspend an account in accordance with these Terms and our licence conditions. Any genuine balance will be returned to a verified method in your name.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. If you have a complaint, please follow the steps on our Complaints page. Complaints that cannot be resolved with us may be escalated to the VGCCC as set out on that page.
